Tina, I am not surprised you didn't really answer excog's question. Your own mother is one of the criminals implied in excog's question. Before she spent time in a Canadian jail for forging identification documents, she was teaching cult members in Japan how to create false documents such as university degrees. She was also involved in child abduction conspiracies, amongst other immoral, unethical, criminal acts.
You've been trained well to obfuscate. You are either completely clueless or being devious by suggesting that finding legal justice for crimes committed in the COG/TFI is simply a matter of taking it to court. That's kind of hard to do when the criminals keeping changing their names, moving constantly from one jurisdiction to another, hiding their assets, etc.
