...if we look up the number in the exfamily-list then it's not rendered/given as a blue...hot link, but rather just listed and missing...probably it was in the old FFing -volume/MO-book...

Yet the very first link I listed seemed to me the most interesting...however you have to be registered, to read the complete PDF-file...I admit, I was too lazy to do that...

Pretty perfect purge...unless someone has a copy somewhere and makes it public again...maybe even academic researchers etc.
