government-schools are for free there & it's the better private ones who cost a lot or too much ...still you pull someone out of school,e.g. if you think that "time is wasted"...however, I think that's pretty shortsighted, cause better education usually provides better jobs, makes for (mostly) contenter kids & can also ensure better support for the aging parents....puzzling...
I am not sure, but I have the feeling, that teenager suicide in the world in general has been on the rise...or is it just more covered by the news/media??...sometimes a favourite argument of sociologists in other fields.
