What position of mine is it exactly, that is firmly estalished, that you're trying to unestablish or change my mind about?
Have we not made it clear already that google will not pick up the name(s) of anyone who writes ahead asking us to do them the favor of installing a special script for them?
I've stated repeatedly they can come online and state their case and we'd definitely consider what they have to say, without compounding the problem as far as search engines go.
How exactly are we holding these people from moving on?
What exactly is it that you want that we are not giving?

These hypotheticals are driving me nuts. If I'm coming across as frustrated it is because I am. I feel like I am trying to bend over backwards to answer your queries but you're not hearing me.
If you do not "know a single exmember who would voluntarily fully disclose their past to potential employers" you haven't looked very hard. Have you any idea how many people have already done that up front, even sacrificed their own reputations forever just so they can get out the truth to the public; done press interviews with their full legal names, set up web sites, informed their employers they are working for causes on the side becuase they are former members of a cult, etc?
