I must have missed that part because I don't know what you are talking about.
I didn't see the first hour segment but most of the second I saw and recognized some parts of the one titled "Revenge" as compiled from different reports but there was footage in it I had never seen before.
I agree that overwhelming hate and overwhelming guilt can be consuming and have a huge impact on health overall. Still, I understand having huge feelings of anger, hatred, and a desire for revenge and the feelings aren't what are bad. In fact they are normal for people that have experienced abuse especially over an extended period of time.
That's why I hope anybody who is hurting from COG/FOL/TF and who wants it, will be able to get good quality help after the cult experience. Otherwise people can self-destruct or harm someone else or both.
Then everyone loses.
There are a lot of sick people out there that provide 'therapy' so it helps to go through an organization that works with rape abuse and incest to find sliding scale providers who are very familiar with those issues.
