I watched the whole show and I have mixed feelings.
I feel sorry for both sides because no matter what the outcome is the poor girls's revenge will only keep the issue alive forever in her. She might be getting some satisfaction but only temporary because her hate is consuming her. On the other hand, the guy seems to be getting closer to deliverance from his actions. He doesn't see going to jail or suffering as bad but as necessary towards that state of "grace" even with all of what he will have to go through.
He has accepted his guilt and his punishment. For her own sake I hope she gets enough revenge but her body language didn't say that to me. Revenge and hate can consume as much as guilt. I wonder if he is a catholic boy that needs penitence, and she is giving him what he needs. What a turn of events where he is (again?!) getting what he needs from her and she is left with bitterness.
Of course, maybe I am wrong and once she gets her revenge she might also get the psychological deliverance she needs. I doubt it but I hope she does.
