The first thing I would do is to find out if the MA is bona fide. The group is known for forging titles and credentials. On the Stanislaus website it says he was hired as a lecturer. Still, since all the other hires are PhD's what kind of credentials he has that have impressed the department to hire him.
I think it is perfectly fine if ex cult members get lives and reintegrate. That is hard enough. I have a problem with people who have been perpetrators and are still Zerby accolites in the closet.
