But, a corporation can be related to individuals, other corporations, and unincorporated associations. Just because they are related, doesn't make them the same thing.
Interesting point in fact, Gangs like the Crips and Bloods are considered unincorporated associations.
We are splitting hairs here. But, isn't that what Corporate law is all about? (I'm not a lawyer, just an officer of a Corporation for the last 20 years).
