So, say he is not "a Family member in good standing," but receives FCF funding. In my opinion, there would be quite a moral distinction between a John Q. Public who gets FCF money but is not a member of The Family, and somebody who joined and remained for a considerable period of time the member of a group that perpetrated widespread and profound child abuse, sexual, psychological and physical, and may have "left" the Family in some manner but whose pipeline is sourced from a putrid organization run by some of the most depraved individuals who have gleefully abused children with impunity.
I think for every ounce of help to some aleatory humanitarian effort (of which the world is chock full of worthy ones), such an individual is behooved to make some effort to see that something is also being done to relieve the ongoing pain suffered by the child victims of the organization of which they were for years a part of the lifeblood.
