If you look again at the article that starts the thread I've reposted from the archives it is dated
March 8, 2005. That article contains the following excerpts:

So it is safe to assume that Peters was still a Family member as of March 2005. I'm not quite sure why you are making the distinction between receiving funding from Family Care and being a member or not. It seems to me, any one receiving money from that corrupt organization are themselves corrupt. However, I will concede until otherwise confirmed that at least according to these various documents posted in these posts that there is no direct evidence that he is today a member in good standing, as you put it. But considering their expertise at deception, I don't put much value in name changes or claims of disaffliation.
