Interesting. It would seem that upon making such a claim (you did state that Paul received a grant) that YOU would be the one to give the URL or address of the government organization as to where YOU found the information. It would be quite difficult for me to post information concering a grant that was never allocated to the individual who is being referred to in this post. Lets stick to the facts, shall we?
