Mind you, I'd also like to see YOUR proof that no grant to Paul exists. Can you please direct us all to the gov't institute you checked out? Please suppy the URL of the public information list where Paul would HAVE to have received his grant but where his name is not listed.
Or did you receive your information about this non-grant from inside (i.e. Family) sources?
