Yes I can corroborate what A says. Apparently kids in Europe were just partying hard and there WERE NO ADULTS (if you would call them that) around or they had no control. I have heard of girls of 15 prostituting themselves (and earning big money) sharing it with their friends and travelling around first class having a ball. They were taking drugs, drinking you name it. I'm talking 90's as well.
