I refer you to my post above, but this statement does not hold water. "The final decision is made entirely by the person involved. The same as parents having the final decision on medical matters concerning their children." If you experienced this in Taiwan it was an exception to what goes on in most homes and most Family minds. The Charter rules are one thing, life in a FD or MM homes is another. I never saw the ideals of Charter "freedom" in practice. Most of it is "bondage" anyway.
