I agree. What they have been doing in Taiwan in regards to their medical needs is not the way it is in lots of other Family homes, probably most Family homes.
And as I nice as it sounds, with the so-called freedom of decision the Charter supposedly gives people, the undercurrents of control are as strong as ever. Lots of Charter rules get broken too, that's why they had to come up with the MM status, designed to keep as many people following Maria and Peter, it's all about loyalty to the top. It's hard to be loyal whey you're guilt ridden about all the rules you and your home's breaking, so they made a deal where you can still feel like a true believer and follower which keeps the tithes flowing and the membership stats up to to the low level they've stagnated at.
