It really starts at the top as with pastors who are involved in sexual impropriety. There is a book I read as part of my Leadership Development class, called Overcoming the Dark Side of Leadership. It basically goes into the differebt dark sides of leadership, and to some extent we all have a darkside that could be compulsive, narcissistic, paranoid,co-dependen, or passive -aggresive. It had evaluations to see where you have leanings or are a down right one of these types. It went into some of the tele-evamgelists, and what their darksides were or are. There is hope if we reconize and work to change. I'm working on being compulsive which I may posses in part becaue of being in a cult. The book is by Gary L. McIntosh, and Samuel D. Rima, Sr. For what it's woth I reccomend it!
