Emma, I don't know whether you're Shula or speaking on behalf of Shula, quoting her, but I want to say that my heart truly goes out to her. Shula suffered so much at the hands of the Bergs, and probably worst of all, to have her own daughter was stolen from her by Eve and delivered up to Berg's lusts. Then when Berg was done with the poor girl, he demonized her and made a public example of her and cast her out. It doesn't get more heartless and inhuman that that. Berg was a monster!
No parent could know that happened to their child and not be torn up. And since Mene's present sad situation is a direct result of all that she suffered, Shuala's pain must be raw. I hope Shula has good, caring friends that surround her and support her.
