I agree. Those points are widely known and aren't speculation. (Except maybe not widely know about Aaron's doubts) Regarding the rape thing, in the context of the family "Rape" did not exist. Rape was a priviledge. Resistance was a sin. Pretty horrible to grow up and learn that and then to live in it. Many women know this first hand. There is a good article at xfamily about a woman who was raped by first family. One of many women in the family who were raped.
