Your phrase, 'non-stop flood of preaching' stood out to me. It really was non-stop, even grandpa tapes at night & Maria tapes for those on Victor/Overcomer work details. Reading & reading & re-reading the same old MLs that always ended up on your reading list & trying to come up with new reactions to it. You weren't really 'sucking' if you didn't get something new out of Diamonds of Dust. The doctrine was crammed down ours & SGs throats, stuffed in our ears & shoved in our eyes.
