Have you tried NDN? They have a Recovery Board that is staffed by a professional counselor with experience helping cult survivors. That person may know about resource materials for other professionals.
I realize that good therapists with expertise in treating cult survivors are hard to find, but I have a small concern about the burden of educating him/her on the cult yourself. As a professional, your doctor has a responsibility to educate him/herself on cults in general and TFI in particular if s/he's serious about helping you.
Something you might do is refer your doctor to the Wellspring Retreat Center website. These folks have 20 years of research on treatment of cult survivors and are considered THE experts in the field.
