I am currently having therapy and my doc wants to know about my experiences in the Family. Its so hard explaining it to someone who has no idea and I was wondering if anyone could suggest a comprehensive and concise document that would sum it up (objective but true). Can you help? Its exhausting having to do all the background stuff before I can even get to my story.
