They like to include the number of so-called "active members" (something close to catacombers/friends/etc) in their current total membership stats, but the statistics on xFamily do not include these. So far we have only posted numbers for live-in members (aka DO/CM/FD, the new MM status, and TS/FM).
Granted, we have no way of verifying the numbers, but they are the official, internally published statistics.
