It raises some interesting questions. So many of these cases just punish the peons and don't go after the root cause.
People in the Military are conditioned to not question authority. Very similar to the way people in cults are conditioned.
I never really understood how young our military is until I attended my Son's graduation from Army basic training at Fort Leonard Wood. These really are kids fresh out of high school.
