I was thinking the same thing. Another interesting point is that in military justice, unlike civil code, is supposed to determine whether a guilty plea bargain is entered because of actual acknowledgement of guilt or as a way to lessen the sentence. In this case, the judge found that Lynch didn't really believe she did anything wrong and therefore she needs to go to trial.
Despite all of that, where where the leaders??? Where does the buck stop???
