yep. And there are no extradiction treaties with countries such as Thailand, etc. They can hide out there, lie and change their name, travel on a phony passport. Berg did it for years even though he was being tracked by interpol and was wanted for questioning by the D.A. in New York, etc. There was even a lawsuit that was won against him and a book written about it - Not for a Million Dollars - but he took off and hid for the rest of his life, quite comfortably, I might add, and never had to pay a dime or answer to the charges.
