to think that things would be any different in the US. TF is taking legal advice and they can and will flee if they feel it is necessary. If they do, it will be very difficult to find them and I doubt if the US will go to any great lengths to extradite them, if that happens. In situations like these, information should only be supplied on a 'need to know' basis. Forewarned is forearmed. TF will lie if necessary to save their skins. Dont give the game away by exposing your strategy before the ball is even in the air.
