You have completely twisted what you have read in some posts on this board, for example, by saying "there is the possibility of personal gain" and "there is a potential for a book deal in the works." Those are pretty broad generalizations that could apply to just about anybody. By doing so, you have made my point that there is no need for a public discussion about this on this board, as it is merely an unnecessary distraction from the real work. If you intend to actually do something about TF's crimes, then you would have no need to discuss it publicly here, but would instead go to Jim's website, contact him directly, or contact the FBI directly on your own.
By insisting on a public discussion here, without doing your homework, you are simply revealing that you only having a passing interest (as your name suggests)and that you are more interested in sensationalism than in actually doing something concrete.
