I wish I had some of those skills at 20. To things: One. It is a vocational school, which means it is only a certificate of completion. Two. Nobody really cares about those certificates. They would do much better in offering <u>formal</u> training on the languages they actually master, or should master. The sad truth is that those skills will direct them to low paying jobs, a notch above slavery. Their reason is probably to prepare them for failure in the "system" so they rejoin.
