I have been able to work with a variety of opinions, people of different religions and political persuasions, and bring them together successfully in real life. I don't think having different opinions is a bad thing. We don't all have to be united and of one mind in that respect, like in TF. I think having different agendas than the site's mandate is a problem though. In that respect you may have a point. But then again, we are more "together" now than we were just a few weeks ago, since some of the coordinators left.
