WC...I made some suggestions down below.
I just see a lot of fighting going on, which I don't believe is necessary and could be controlled.
I've noticed some people use this board as a weapon to embarass and harass others. I don't think it should be like that.
I know it may be difficult to manage and control these boards and my sympathy goes completely with you.
We have a lot of other things to be concerned with rather than beating each other up. Embarrassing each other, this has to got to be controlled. These boards are full of people that are already hurt or been destroyed.
I know that you have the greatest of intentions. But, you have too many coordinators going into too many directions. There is obviously in house fighting and divisions.
KISS IT... Keep it simple stupid!!!
Don't let there be divisions.
