I am still confused because i did not see the content of her response being about any argument she had with Carol or singling out any one with specific charges. It seemed a reasonable statement of her feelings which she was asked to give herself and would seem to provide her with closure which belongs at this board. It was even ending with encouraging points about what this board is providing.
