I assume you're referring to the BITE model, which is excellent. This is one of the best, most comprehensive overviews I've seen. Maybe Exfam should reference the Hassan website?
The spiritual part of the model is fear, imo. I believe that the dark forces gain entrance through our fears. I also believe that the mind-heart-body & soul that is centered on the energies of unconditional love tends to be less vulnerable to manipulation through fear.
BTW, I'm a big believer in self help, and there's a lot of good material out there. Thanks for sharing this website.
