Your description also fits very well to people I used to work under in TF and I would say it is much more than that. Why is it that some people are flexible and others are so inflexible in their views of the world and of people, their goals, and so on. Isn't there a degree of selfrighteousness that people have and some show it more than others?
For instance, Sam's goals seem good to us but not for TF. The FCF man's goals seem good to TF but not for us. My goals seem good to me...
But if in the getting there we are not flexible enough to accommodate others and climb up on our great high horse and don't pay attention to others suffering, what is the main difference between us and them, regardless of our agenda?
