Was there any FG that was in a brainwashed cult? I can admit I was brainwashed in a brainwashed cult. I can also say I never participated or witness sexual abuse of anyone. Thinking your free and sharing sexually was done because of brainwashing being brainwashed with garbage. As the old saying goes garbage in garbage out. Why did I stay connected with an idiotic cult for almost 30 years finally breaking all ties 19 months ago. Because for that almost 30 years I received not the truth, didn't know the truth, nevr was taught the truth so I had strong delusion and believed a lie. Is there anyone who had a similar experience. I really believe it is counter productive to have a tit for tat on who was abused more when people such as us should try to support one another in whatever way we can. It seems to me I started this by saying 2 people were being childish one happened to be older and one happened to be younger. That was translated in to calling an SG a child. I was then berated when I believe I made an honest observation to a response to my post and then it was construed that I was unsypathetic to the SGs. Nothing could be further from the truth. I basically don't have much patience for FGs that have been out for 20 or so years and still have issues. I started coming to this board when I went on disability, also to the Moving On. I learned quite a bit on Moving On, that I never knew before. My wife and I grew to have a deep love and concern for the SGs. We greive daily because of people that have lost faith in real truth. We can see it was easy to do. For the majority of FGs having the truth removed from you and SGs never having the truth given to you.
