I've thought about this too but don't think it has to do so much with the region as it does with if top leaders were there who pushed Berg's vision & set the mood. Maybe Juan & Faithy spread it all over Latin America & Berg himself lived in the Philippines & Japan & lots of top leaders of those countries were his yes men & spread it there. This might be something to research, do a survey on Moving On & ask those who were sexually abused to name the continent they were abused in. The results might be interesting.
