I was convinced was Florence Nightengale. I was very drawn to healing and health, and esp. natural health from my youth, and the character of Florence Nightengale always appealed to me and was what I wanted to emulate.
I recently had a psychic reading (it was very interesting) and the lady said that in a former life I had been an Indian princess during the Asok period, and had a great and deep wisdom about nature and using it to heal. I was sort of stunned, firstly I don't know that I believe in past lifes, though I find the concept interesting enough, I don't know that I'm ready to dedicate my belief to it, secondly because I have always been so fascinated by nature and how to use it for the miracle of healing.
Napolean Hill touches on reaching out the energies from the past, so I wonder that my spirit hasn't reached out to past energies that were involved in healing, what would have been termed a witch at the turn of the 1800s. When I was 13 I did a book report on Madam Curie, and found her quite fascinating as well, her discoveries and what she contributed to the world.
