Perry i guess i shouldn't have made that comment. to tell you where I'm coming from. From time totime people post on this site who were never in the cult & who make comments like 'the military is a cult' or 'multilevel marketing is a cult' & my feeling is it dilutes the seriousness of the crazy cult mind control we went through. so i thought you really might not have been a former member.
Plus sicko Zerby & Kelly like to quote exmembers who say that normal things are a cult too. it makes it seem to them that if even the US militry is called a cult then really the name 'cult' is just something that people toss about with no special meaning. but the family really IS a cult & its a pretty special kind of sick controlling group.
the poster above just had finished saying she was not anti-military meaning that the military is legitimate & its chain of command is there for a purpose including the president being head of the chain. i know now you were using hyperbole & exaggeration but your former statement made it look like all commander-in-chiefs were cult leaders. Bush is out to lunch but he isnt a cult leader.
