Joseph - you are there in So. Calif. If you see or hear of these people - Rose and Jay - let us know. They used to have a work with "homeless teenagers" somewhere in the Bay area. I'm not sure where they are now. She has a son in L.A. named Santiago that sometimes gets in touch with my children. He is the one who told my daughter that this couple has "left TF." Which I, personally, think is bogus.
They need to answer for these crimes, somehow. If the time to prosecute has passed, they can at least be sued, or the testimony can be used in other cases. See how they are doing that in Michael Jackson's trial? They want to use the case that was settled out of court, they want the other kid to testify and that will pretty much seal his fate.
