I would be interested in hearing what the rationale is for the no-fly zone (I'm assuming it's not because Beelzabub is the Lord of the Flies). What have you heard, or what is your sense?
It sounds to me like they think it's safer not to have the motley TF members trying to get by out loose on the streets of the nation's political center where the chances seem higher to them that they could be a "bad sample" to important people. So they have one or more "sample" homes to showcase at the USA's capital.
