Good points but what if these Family members were deliberately chosen because they had had a system job & could produce tax forms? And since Blondie says the child is being adopted from somewhere in Asia then it's really not any county adoption agency here investigating them but some Asian agency of some kind. Or does a U.S. agency get involved even with foreign kids?
