Thanks for the explanation.
I have been told by someone in The Family that there is either a push, or an actual new rule that all of the young people have to end up with the equivelent of the US GED by a certain age. I have no idea if that is still in the talking stages, or got killed off, or was fully implemented. But, if it was, it is certainly a step in the right direction.
