I will ask, but there probably is no proper agency involved in the adoption. Probably it was more like the application came to the attention of the people who approached me. They are definitely faith based and do not tolerate anything related to TF. They have the power to shut down the adoption process.
I have already informed them in general terms about TF's history of CA, but you did bring up a lot of important things I should have mentioned but didn't. I will try to add these points in my next communication with them.
