I forgot to mention the spanking. That just goes without saying. That was endemic in the Family. I have apologised to both my kids for allowing their father mainly, to assault them in such a way. One home I was in, a mother got reported to welfare because she took her child to a doctor for something and the doctor saw black and blue bruises and reported. They came to our house to investigate and left without any action.
