The Davidito story first came out in loose ML type letters & I suppose we read them for devotions but maybe not. Believe this or not I honestly do not remember ever having read or heard even ONE Davidito letter and I assume that the Home shepherds at the time felt that it was so much full of 'childcare' stuff that they didn't want to bore the Home with it. So I don't remember hearing the Davidito letters in devotions & because I wasn't in childcare I never sought them out to read.
And I have heard that the sex parts in the book, while shocking, are only a minor part of the text & hidden in the middle of the book. So you'd really have to search to find it. When the full-bound Davidito book came out I of course never read it because it was specifically for childcare.
But the letter I DO remember are the ones like 'Circumcision or Un-circumcision' where Berg talked about mothers sucking off their little boys. And yes, I did hear a 2-year old boy giggling as he asked his mother to 'do the penie'. I never saw it in action for which I am glad.
I have seen a xerox copy of 'My Little Fish' after leaving the Family & was shocked.
