Thanks for your comments. Just to clarify, I am not asking anyone to "name abusers" or to give detailed accounts of SGs abuse stories. I totally respect peoples "ownership" of their stories and right to privacy.
I'm asking for more general information here. (ie. Were you in a home where a child (minor) was molested? Were you witness to harsh discipline? Did you witness or hear about child abuse while you were still in TF? As a member of the FG, how did you feel, what were your initial thoughts, about some of the more harmful "letters" that came out, particularly those that spoke about or seemed to sanction what the rest of the world would view as child abuse?).
You mentioned the "Davidito Book". The other day I was able to view the original pages of "My Little Fish". It was disgusting! The most sick baby book of remembrance I have ever seen! Poor little boy! Didn't they realize he would grow up? It's hard for me to imagine anyone reading that and not thinking it was pretty damn strange. I remember seeing it as a child though and not thinking it was that odd. I was already such a good little "cultie". What did you think of the Dito book when it first came out? How about letters like, "The Little Girl Dream" or even "The Last State"?
