thanks for posting here.
Just to let you know, I understand that you have never met your aunt and that you are justly concerned about your grandparents who have nothing to do with what their daughter did and does.
However, just to make some things clearer to you, you should know (and I am sure reality defies your imagination) that your aunt has been the self defining God appointed "Queen" (in her own words) of a social movement where she has, by her own actions and edicts, damaged a LOT of people and caused incredible abuse to so many.
(Marie Antoinette of France was not dearly loved by a lot of folks and there were reasons for that as well. :-)
I am sure there are nephews and nieces of criminals or other misguided historical figures who have caused damage and hurt who have nothing to do with the crimes of the people they are related to, and I am sorry for your plight.
On the other hand, I think you could and should feel more sympathy for the people your aunt has so greatly damaged. Only the fact that she has perpetrated and promoted sexual abuse of children (and this is a small part) could be enough.
She may be misguided, but she is still responsible and accountable - like each one of us - for what she has perpetrated and still perpetrates.
