Thanks Jo, thanks for the really great sum of things. 'Survivor's Guilt'--I never thought of that before but I know that I have had that guilty feeling when something happened to someone else and I knew it could have been me. And I understand what you said about the losses being like rocks, yeah, I've had to deal with things one by one and refuse to start thinking about everything I've had to face at one time, it's too much.
Aikido is great, I have a test in September, this time it's truly for the black belt, fun!!
