I am surprise at people not recognizing this Brazil thing when it is the same bergist doctrine of the two prong approach. Berg used this trick all along since day one. He wrote it in Quantity vs Quality. Those who are not blindly obedient will leave, that is one prong. The second is, those who stay will follow even more closely and fanatically.
