And remind yourself that though this is crappy, you've been through worse and survived worse. You've got your hubby and your beautiful kids and they all have possession of their own brains, out of the cult. Yes, there are really obnoxious people outside the cult as well, and my wife and I have met some of them and had to deal with them. Backstabbing? Oh yeah. That's for sure. And I know it's hard to just say, let it go, rise above it etc. when someone was stomping on your fingers. I guess that's why Paul said, "If we have hope in this life only, we are of all men (and women) most miserable." I really do believe there is the bigger picture beyond this life cause there's no way justice is being served in this dimension a whole lot of the time. Hang in there!
