Is there that much freeze-dried fish around apart from MRE disaster relief packs? Frozen fish if frozen immediately after catch is actually good for a few reasons: frozen at -20 degrees for a few weeks, bacteria dies, and it makes it safe for preganant women to eat. Most enzymes, proteins and fish oils survive freezing.
Sushi is excellent from a cardio-vascular point of view, but if you have diabetic tendencies, you should note that it's one of the foods giving the sharpest and quickest rises in blood sugar levels. Weight watchers don't freak! Sugar isn't always a bad thing, it's just the kind of sugar and food combinations that matter. Sushi is still recommended by Weight Watchers.
